1. Who this applies to

Forras is built for creators earning a living from their work, and for the buyers and subscribers who support them. These Community Standards explain what we expect from everyone so the platform stays safe, honest, and welcoming.

They apply to everything you publish or send through Forras: your Link page and its blocks, the products and files you sell, your storefront, your newsletters and email campaigns, and any message you send a buyer or subscriber — as well as how you treat other people on the platform. Break them and we may act under the Reporting & enforcement section below.

2. Illegal & regulated goods

Don't use Forras to sell, promote, or link to anything that's illegal where you or your buyer are located. That includes — but isn't limited to — drugs and drug paraphernalia, weapons and explosives, stolen goods, counterfeit or replica items, endangered wildlife, and human trafficking. Products that are regulated — such as prescription medicines, tobacco, alcohol, or gambling — may only be offered if you hold the licences the law requires and keep them away from anyone under age.

3. Intellectual property

Sell only what you created or have the rights to distribute. Don't upload, sell, or share files, courses, media, or designs that belong to someone else — including pirated software, ripped or leaked media, and resold assets you have no licence for. Passing another creator's work off as your own is not allowed. We respond to valid copyright and trademark complaints and will remove infringing content.

4. Hate & discrimination

There's no place on Forras for content that attacks, dehumanises, or incites hatred or violence against people based on who they are — including race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious illness. This applies to your page, your products, and your messages alike.

5. Harassment & bullying

Don't use Forras to target, threaten, intimidate, or degrade a specific person or group. That includes coordinated pile-ons, unwanted sexual attention, and encouraging others to harass someone. Disagreement is fine; making a person a target is not.

6. Violence & graphic content

Don't post, sell, or link to content that glorifies, incites, or threatens violence, or that celebrates a violent tragedy or its perpetrator. Gratuitously graphic material — real-world death, serious injury, or animal cruelty shared for shock value — isn't allowed.

7. Adult & sensitive content

Forras is not a platform for pornography, and sexually explicit content or links to it are not permitted on public Link pages. Where you legitimately deal in mature-but-lawful material — an 18+ artbook, for example — it must be clearly labelled and gated so no one meets it unexpectedly, and it must never involve non-consensual acts or anyone who is, or appears to be, a minor.

8. Child safety

We have zero tolerance for content that sexualises, endangers, or exploits children, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any sexualised depiction of a minor. We remove it immediately, terminate the account, preserve evidence, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required.

9. Self-harm & suicide

Don't promote, encourage, or give instructions for suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders. Content about recovery or that raises awareness is welcome; content that glorifies or pushes someone toward harm is not. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to a local crisis line — you are not alone.

10. Spam, scams & deception

Be honest. Don't run scams, take money for products you won't deliver, fake scarcity or reviews, or make claims you can't back up — including guaranteed earnings or miracle results. Don't use bots, bulk fake engagement, or misleading links to trick people into clicking or paying.

11. Impersonation & authenticity

Be who you say you are. Don't impersonate another person, creator, brand, or Forras itself, or imply an endorsement or affiliation you don't have. Parody and fan accounts are fine when they're clearly labelled as such. Handles are tied to genuine use of the platform — you may not buy, sell, or trade Forras handles.

12. Privacy & personal info

Respect other people's privacy. Don't publish or sell someone's private information — home address, phone number, government ID, financial details, or private messages — without clear consent, and never to threaten or expose them (doxxing). Handle any customer data you collect responsibly and in line with our Privacy policy and applicable law.

13. Email & newsletter conduct

Forras gives you real sending power, so use it responsibly. Only email people who genuinely opted in to hear from you — never scraped, bought, or rented lists. Every campaign must clearly say who it's from, use honest subject lines, and include a working one-click unsubscribe that you honour promptly. Don't use Forras email for spam, phishing, or anything that breaks these standards. Repeated complaints or high bounce rates can pause your sending.

14. Products & the marketplace

Sell your own work. Listings should accurately describe what the buyer receives — and then deliver it. Some categories carry a high fraud or chargeback risk — gift cards and cash-equivalents, get-rich-quick schemes, or account credentials, for example — and may be restricted or removed even when they're technically legal, to protect buyers and the platform.

15. Reporting & enforcement

If you see something that breaks these standards, tell us at [email protected] — include the page or link and what's wrong. We review reports and act proportionately: depending on severity we may add a label, remove content, restrict a feature, pause payouts, suspend an account, or ban it permanently.

Serious harms — child safety above all — mean immediate removal and, where the law requires, a report to the authorities. Where it's appropriate we'll tell you what happened and how to appeal. We may update these standards as Forras grows; the current version always lives on this page.
